I’m Veronica, the heart behind Conscious Hearth.
Thank you for stepping into my digital hearth—a place where nature, nurturing, and intention come together to help us remember who we were created to be.

I’m Veronica, the heart behind Conscious Hearth.
My journey began with a foundation of faith, but it was life’s seasons that truly shaped me. Like nature, life carries us through times of growth, loss, stillness, and renewal. It was through those seasons—both joyful and challenging—that I learned some of my deepest lessons. They taught me to slow down, to listen, and to trust that healing often comes in its own time.
Art, gardening, and the outdoors have always been where I feel most alive. Over the years, those passions became more than hobbies—they became teachers. Working with the land, observing the rhythms of the seasons, caring for plants and honey bees, and spending time in stillness deepened my relationship with Creator and expanded my understanding of what it means to live in harmony with the natural world.
At Conscious Hearth, I believe healing isn’t something we chase—it’s something we return to. Like the changing seasons, we each carry an innate capacity to heal, grow, and begin again. My hope is that everything I create serves as a gentle reminder of that truth.
That belief guides everything I create.
Every flower essence in my blends is homegrown or ethically sourced and handcrafted with intention. I work in rhythm with the seasons, honoring nature’s pace rather than rushing the process. From the first spring blossoms to the final autumn harvest from my honey bees, each creation reflects the beauty, balance, and wisdom found in the natural world.
Conscious Hearth offers small-batch botanical teas, flower essence oils, intention oils, simmer pots, bath salts, candles, and other handcrafted creations designed to bring moments of peace into everyday life. I also offer Reiki energy healing sessions as a gentle space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
Whether you’ve come here searching for a handcrafted creation, a moment of stillness, or simply a deeper connection with nature, I’m grateful you’re here.
Welcome home.
